The Good And The Bad

First and probably most importantly most reviewers said that the Whynter cooled their rooms quickly and effectively.

A number of reviewers said that the unit was very quiet but conversely a few said it was noisy. This is a little confusing but it may be that those who thought it noisy were not used to portable air conditioners - they all make a noise no matter which brand you choose. Some stated they were using them in bedrooms without problems sleeping, including using them in their children's bedrooms.

The unit is more aesthetically pleasing than some portable air conditioners. It is slimmer than most and has a smart black finish.
